We recently used the service from "https://help-desk-migration.com" (Automated Help Desk Data Migration Solutions), and we can only say positive things about it.
Our hosting company had to migrate thousands of support tickets and contacts from Freshdesk to Intercom. We also needed to transfer nearly 1,000 help articles (FAQs).
The entire process was completed smoothly within just a few hours, without any errors. All customer tickets and FAQs were successfully migrated.
What truly stood out was the amazing team behind the service. Even on a Sunday, they responded quickly to a few issues we had with attachments that weren’t properly enabled in Intercom.

Very impressive tool, great team for a more than reasonable price. Would happily work with them again.
We were able quickly migrate 10+ years of data from ServiceNow to FreshService - ~200k records. We did our migration well after our new ITSM instance was live. We were able to work with the Reolokia team to some customize the migration to essentially merge into what was now good data without loosing history - eg not create old bad cusomer records but retain that information in notes, not migrate bad ticket metadata like defunct categories etc.
Being able to run demos many times iteratively to show business partners exactly what to expect, vet the tool, and catch some gaps along the way was absolutely key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Communication across timezones was the only real challenge, which is negligable. In their effort to keep the tool simple, there is some lack of visibility and control over how hard it hits your services if they are in production. The team at Relokia were able to customize the out of the box support to enhance what fields of data I needed when migrating from Freshservice to Jira Service Management. We moved two different teams in two separate migrations and everything was very smooth, including our initial migration and our delta migration to capture any midstream changes during the go live.
Their support clarified any questions I had and everything was able to be monitored during the transfer.

They have demo migration that is paramount in giving you the impression how the whole data migration will look like. They have executed the main migration within a coupld of hours and it was done flawlessly. The web site UI is nothing short of incredibly. We were moving from Zendesk to Intercom and needed to ensure that we got +10 years of data over to Intercom. All of this, while ensuring that the data was structured correctly, was easy and simple to do with their tool.
We got a very nice demo before we committed and it gave us confidence that the tool would provide what we needed.
Additionally, their support has been great. We were actively using Intercom while the migration was going on, so we had to be very careful of what we did and when we did it.
This also meant them providing support over the weekends and always being fast to respond and solve any issues that happened along the way.
Now we've managed to get 70.000 tickets migrated along with companies, users, and everything else we had so it's all there in our new platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had 2 minor issues during the process of using their tool.
First: When preparing for the migration, you have to run a demo migration. This was not properly warned and started when we didn't expect it to. And due to us actively using the platform we were migrating to, it resulted in automations running in the platform and customers getting confused by emails about very old tickets they had. So a bit of warning before the demo migration starting would be nice.
Second: It ended up creating duplicate companies, although it shouldn't have. But after we had identified these, the team helped us by fixing this problem, so really it was only a minor hiccup that was resolved nicely in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazing technical Customer Support team who worked really hard to communicate with us and sanity check our data mappings and logic for the migration. If I wasn't sure on whether a field would migrate or not, they were really good about explaining to me what could and could not be done based on the configurations.
Additionally, our project changed hands a couple of times and the window to complete the migration was becoming more time-sensitive. When this became apparent, Ira jumped in to help us across the finish line on-time.
Big shout-out to Ira and Yaroslav for making it as easy as possible to complete this migration into a new system for our team through both email and video calls. They were so easy and enjoyable to work with. Ira made sure the data looked how we needed it to look and even ensured we were able to migrate over the records that were dropped in the first batch. Elvira was also extremely communicative and helpful via their chat when I was monitoring the migration progress in their platform.

Everything went as smoothly as humanly possible once we were able to work in real time together. The team is in a different timezone than our team, but they were very generous with call availability on their calendar. They were also extremely responsive via email, so this wasn't such a blocker in the early stages of exchanging data mappings. We were still able to communicate asynchronously.
We had a unique situation where we needed to complete the migration urgently, and due to the time difference, we kicked off the customizations and testing the migration calls at 3 am local time. However, this was an enjoyable experience for me since the team was so easy to work with. Once the team became aware of the time-sensitivity, they helped prioritize us with real-time troubleshooting working sessions to get the migration across the finish line. Under different circumstances, we probably would have been able to schedule around the time difference earlier. I would still use Help Desk Migration Services again, even with the timezone difference, because the quality of their work is top tier.
