Excellent and helpful databases: keywords, sales, product research, competition research, PPC. market analysis. Excellent tools: Frankenstein, Scrobble, and many, many others.

Although tools are great, there are small, frustrating features or rather lack of them which makes usage less convenient.
Also, Market Tracker doesn't recognize multiple child ASINs of the same parent ASIN, which causes results to multiply - which results in false data. The same problem is with X-ray. We need to compensate manually for those weaknesses, and it's not easy to do.
It's hard to give specifics because those cons come out during tool usage.
Support being a different domain, requiring another login and not connected with the main account - awful, tiring, irritating. It makes contact with support staff so hard. I like the variety and specificity of tools. I like that I can check my keywords almost in real-time. This helps me be able to know if I need to adjust any of my Amazon campaigns. It is incredibly helpful and I couldn't run my business without it!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They charged us $1,500 twice without authorization for an unknown reason. Their customer service department said they were "working on it" - it has been 4 weeks now without any resolution (or refund)

Their Adtomic tool has so many bugs, it's basically useless. We're unable to apply any changes to our keyword bids, create new campaigns, or set up campaign rules. However, they have unethically launched an incomplete and unusable product, promoting it as if it is the holy grail of Amazon PPC tools.
