They do not have live support, you need to open a ticket, and they will try to resolve the issues. They are very mercantile. When I was upgrading from the starter plan to Diomand, my coupon is disappeared, and I asked support to solve it manually. In fact, they stated that they couldn't help and that it's my responsibility to make sure the coupon is entered. However there was no option to enter a coupon if you are an existing customer. I upgraded my account 1 week ago to try Adtomic, since then I haven't done anything as their system does not work properly. I opened around 10 cases with no result. Profits tool does not download a lot of business expenses from Amazon which makes Helium 10 users go for more pricese profits reporting to competitors (Sellerboard, for example).

The Starter Plan does not let sorting or exporting results. How is one supposed to use a keyword research tool with thousands of results that can't be sorted?!

Under the Starter Plan these tools appear as "Limited" but they are actually unusable.

After 2 minutes of activating my Starter Plan I realized the scam and asked their customer support to cancel and refund. They refused! (I literally paid 2 minutes before my request to cancel).

I've been a Platinum customer ($99/mo) with Helium10 for years. Now because of their scammy behavior and poor customer support they lost my business forever.

There are consistent issues getting into adtomic, and with adtomic actually working and giving any feedback, which im still running into issues with. I have consistently run into adtomic and other bug-like issues that force me to log out - log in multiple times while working on one thing.
