The least helpfu feature is the non-humane feature. With the tech disruption and the era of Artificia Intelligence, this platform is appropriate but at the same time, the human touch at times is missing while the audi video tarnslation is going on which can be a downside and which can be worked upon by the platform so that the human touch which seems missing at times can be aso added by some innovative technology to make it feel more humane and not literally machine powere.
