Customer Service. I mainly talk to Sarah and she does a great job and is very timely in her responses. Would like to see SB implement true chat at least during the day and 24 hour response when staff is not available. We have had very little down time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the marketing material SB states that if the data is in the data base you can report on the data. This is not really true. I have found at least two cases where this isn't correct. Also, the system does not allow you to go back and correct a mistake after any type of transaction is completed. The reason give is for audit purposes. In my prior life I was a partner in a major accounting firm and as long as the software provides an audit trail this is not an issue. Wish they would add this function would save users a lot of time. We use Springboard as our POS system and it makes it easy to see the sales for each of our specific stores and pull data for each. The dashboard gives a quick and useful snapshot of the daily sales, margin, and ATV. It is also good for inventory tracking and makes transfers between our stores easy to track and monitor. I like that entering orders is pretty seamless. I also like that in order to finish a sale the customer’s information must be saved.
