What do you like best about HealtheCare?

You are able to integrate diagnoses with medication, which is time efficient. Very organized platform. Able to visualize sections easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HealtheCare?

Somewhat confusing at times. Alot of icons on toolbars tends to be to cumbersome.Requires training to understand appropriately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HealtheCare?

I like that the help desk is so helpful. The learning curve is a bit difficult but once you're over it, it's easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HealtheCare?

I don't like that it crashes a lot, especially the more patient files you have open. It freezes a lot and is very slow sometimes, it's aggravating. I wish there was a way to save & send patient files - it's difficult to save files uploaded to a patient's chart. Sometimes when I try to print a file from a chart, it prints a blank page instead. Recommendations to others considering HealtheCare:

it can be very slow and crash when many files are open. It's also very hard to save a file to your computer that's on the patient's medical record. I would suggest a "save and sent" function for patient files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HealtheCare solving and how is that benefiting you?

My hospital uses it as a way to keep electronic patient medical records - we've gone paperless with charts. It's secure and organized. It's also available through our VPN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HealtheCare?

I like Cerner HealtheCare because it lets me view my medical records, and give information on providers and upcoming events or classes being held. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HealtheCare?

I dislike the lay out of Cerner HealtheCare. I think it looks very outdated, and could use a major redesign update to modernize the website and add more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
