We use Clara while setuping the CHAT interview and meeting with other team members, it saves our time by scheduling meeting just we have to add Clara in cc on our mail.It is a intelligent virtual assistant from HCl software, it can comprehend user imput and respond according to the comprehensive best of the specific knowledge. We as a user can communicate or use the other HCL software in our own natural langauge through clara. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have experience certain problems like HCL clara is not always accurate as some of the complex queries are outside it knowledge base this needs to be upgraded. In comparison to Google Dialogflow, Clara has limited customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very customizable as it meet my needs , like I am able to choose the language and dialect that it uses.
