Ease of setting up my new applicants. It’s as easy as adding a name, an email and click a button! Couldn’t take less time than that! Also the rater emails that are sent out are professional and the reports are visually pleasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am new to the platform but if there was a way to single out the references within the report, so that I could have my choice to pick and choose which ones show, that would be more helpful. I don't necessarily love the visual graphs they put in the checkster reference check, but I think that some people are more visual and they probably enjoy that aspect of it. I also wouldn't say this is a problem/ something that I significantly dislike, but when you want to complete the reference check, and there aren't two supervisors, you have to request it to be closed by customer service.
