I am new to the platform but if there was a way to single out the references within the report, so that I could have my choice to pick and choose which ones show, that would be more helpful. I don't necessarily love the visual graphs they put in the checkster reference check, but I think that some people are more visual and they probably enjoy that aspect of it. I also wouldn't say this is a problem/ something that I significantly dislike, but when you want to complete the reference check, and there aren't two supervisors, you have to request it to be closed by customer service. All reference checks are a problem of passed times. It's mainly a guesswork and cumbersome process that you are doing the entire process manually. The control unit is really simple to use as well as has a lot of helpful features. No barrier, that is great also for remote drivers, is not a bad Internet connection. It is straightforward to use. I enjoy Checkster, but I would like the recruiter to have more command over the system's features. When I need add or delete a candidate's reference reply, I can't adjoin or alter the contact details and need to email a Checker. However, I recently noticed and appreciated enhanced features. The simple way to post a check along with the unbelievably rapid answers. The reporting is comprehensible and readable also. One further feature of the reference check of ours will be the ability to effortlessly share the report.
