I wish it had easier back end functionality. Its sometimes hard to know which assessment to pick for a role. Having the competencies listed or more information per position would be helpful

Accuracy of the assessments! It helps our team make more evidence based decisions. With the candidates resume, assessment and references it helps paint the whole picture of the candidate.

that the content can only be used for professional, informational and non-commercial purposes and that this can not be modified or altered in any way

Excellent program recommended for all for the greatest benefit it provides when you feel safe and comfortable at work or at the workplace.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

After using Outmatch assessment for years our  hiring managers know know exactly what type of employee we are getting.   We also use the assessments to help our managers understand how to best manage the employees after they are hired for success.  We love the behavioral questions that the system gives us based on the areas of weakness.  Outmatch has put tremendous structure and data into our hiring process and has a huge impact on us building our team today.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Wish it integrated into Workable but that is definitely not a deal killer.  We just update our ATS with the assessment once it is complete and use it from there.

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to build the best team possible and have found a tool that will impact our ability to find the best candidates.  Outmatch has given us the ability to identify the best candidates and lets us cut through all the clutter and selling that we see in the interview and on the resume.

Checkster make the reference checking process so easy and quick.  They cut out time to complete from 5 business days to 1 in most cases.

There is little to dislike, its an easy an simple process.

Everyone was very helpful, there was not anything that I specifically disliked.

Time will tell from the data.  We just launch the OutMatch assessment

I like the flexibility but yet simplicity of the system. Great ease for recruiters and candidates.

Wish it had a larger suite of programs (background check).

Time and reliability. We’re also now using it for internal reference checking and it’s holding Hiring Managers accountable for reviewing and approving their current employees for promotional opportunities.

Interview insights: ability to generate questions specific to a candidate's responses to make field managers feel more at ease.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

What makes me a fan of checkster is the data collection process and the new applications for the information obtained there in. The data I'd being applied to retention efforts as well as new hires and allowing businesses the freedom to choose but the wisdom to choose correctly. 

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

The only downside to using checkster is that when a program is designed for data collection and analysis, even fro social media, some of the humanity will be lost potentially barring a great new hire. Checkster

They are integrated with our current ATS, which allows the process to be seamless for our managers. They have also continued to evolve and launch new products/features.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

It has taken them sometime to launch new platforms although we heard about them for along time. Not all of our positions are normed and with our size it would be advantageous for them to do that.

The service is fast and the results are qualitative as well as comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

You're not able to really tailor the surveys when selecting.  This can leave inquiries unanswered about a candidate.

**Recommendations to others considering Harver:**

Checkster was already implemented with my client. The product was very easy to understand and the response time was also great.  The only recommendation would have been to have a full custom survey available for surveys.  Some roles are not cookie cutter; therefore additional detail is necessary.

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less of my time has been spent calling references and waiting for responses.  Checkster has taken care of a lot of that footwork.

Efficient way to receive references and have candidates complete assessments. User friendly. Assessment is engaging.

Sometimes challenging to find the correct roles that are aligned with my company's. I believe the reference report could be more appealing to the eye and easier to understand.

OutMatch Assessment allows us to screen candidates in our recruiting process. It allows us to ensure we are interviewing quality candidates that are a good fit for the specific role they are applying to.

It’s easy to navigate and I like how it updates you when people give you a reference. I also like how it lets you preview the questions people will have to answer. Lastly I like how you can send a thank you.

There is Honeslty nothing I disliked. Sometimes the emails it sent looked messy but it wasn’t too bad at all.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

The platform is very user friendly, really easy to navigate! We have had some positive feedback from both candidates and managers who have used the platform. The training provided prior to using the platform was excellent and enabled us to easily navigate and set up our first recorded interviews. We have also been able to interview candidates who live overseas who do not have access to other platforms. It's really great that candidates are able to use their smart phones and tablets rather than just their desktop.

I think that the platform is really user friendly and easy to use. There isn't really anything that I do not like about Wepow!

Really recommended. Very user friendly for both candidates and recruiters!

Time and resource saving switching from telephone interviews to video interviews, able to re-review and share. Also allows us to live interview candidates over seas who do not have platforms such as Skype etc.

I like how easy it is to obtain references and have those references provide all the information you need regarding potential hires. You can standardize your evaluation of candidates this way by sending the same survey to all references. 

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

I don't like how it doesn't allow references to give candidates a perfect score/full ratings even though that may most accurately represent your opinion of the candidate.

Easy to use, but understand that it doesn't allow perfect scores so it may force references to underscore their candidates.

Enable businesses to obtain references in an easy, organized manner and get the information you actually need.

  ### 23. Amazing tool to keep track of what you've done and weed out distractions

This app integrates deeply with Trello making it an essential tool if you want or need to track how long some task took, what's to be done, etc..
The statistics it provides are great for measuring productivity.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Pomello works based on trello boards and lists. Changing task lists and boards is not easy, for a freelancer working on multiple projects this is sub-optimal 

**Recommendations to others considering Harver:**

It might take a while to get used to it but that's mostly because of the Pomodoro Technique, not the app itself.
If you're already used to the technique, this app will make a ton of sense, if not, give it some time to absorb the technique and you'll see the immense benefit of the app.

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using pomello mainly for 2 things: Tracking my productivity and avoid distractions.
In fact I'm able to say much clearly how much work I've done and given the pomodoro technique nature of the app, distractions have their own time and thus they happen less.

The simplicity of the platform coupled with the genuine interest and support from all at Wepow.

I would like to see more assessment integration.

There are a lot of platforms out there that will try to oversell a product to you but cannot articulate the basics or the practical application of their tool. Great support from inception through to present with no additional sell and 100% dedicated support and empathy when needed. Truly a first class customer service and true partnership.

Better candidate engagement, greater brand amplification and reduced resource requirement.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

Reports are easy to understand and use. I can send them to my Hiring Manager so they can see the candidates score and then they have an interview guide specific to the job we are hiring for. Super simple! They also have a feature that stack ranks the candidates so I can see who has completed and when, which candidates are the best to move along to the interview phase, and the Interview guides. 

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

No pdf function for reports. I have to email them. I can't simply pdf it and save it to my desk top. As a user, this functionality is important and I know they are working to add it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Harver:**

This is a great team to work with. If you are considering a solution that will take hiring to a strategic level within your organization, you should talk to the OutMatch team.

Our turnover has reduce significantly, my personal time to hire is down, as a recruiter, and I are finding better candidates for our entry level positions.

It makes high volume recruitment much more efficient, and it is user friendly, although there are additional features that could be added.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

It would be great if it integrated with other HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or CRM.

Great for entry level roles.

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is there a way to disable the automatic email notifications from my account? When I send out over 200 WePows and get an email everytime they complete the video or send me a message it makes my work inbox very flooded with all the other emails from the business I have to attend to. It would be good to keep all those communications in WePow. Also, since these are video interviews, cannot probe candidates on their answers.


The biggest benefit is how quickly we can screen candidates.

To view how the candidate is prepared (as in professional attire), setting up a quiet atmosphere.  I really like to see how the candidate organizes themselves for the digital interview.  When I did my digital interview for my job, I put a lot of thought into how to setup and prepare.  I want a candidate that is professional, Wepow helps me to screen potential candidates for an in-person interview.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Sometimes the candidates freeze up with the questions.  It might be nice to allow candidates the option to re-record answers to the questions.  

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am hiring for a busy Orthopaedic practice that has over 100 employees.  This helps to streamline the process of screening potential candidates.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

At work we use Wepow to interview potential volunteers. It's really to get a good grasp of their capabilities and personality from their application, so using Wepow to video interview the candidates is a great way to see the real people. You can adapt and change your questions and record comments for other interviewers to review. It has a clear categorization within the 'incomplete' folder to explain why the candidates haven't completed the interviews, i.e. bounced back, started but not completed. 

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

I dislike that there is no archiving system. I want to review my candidates in batches and then file them away in a separate folder, but I was informed there is no way to do this yet. 

**Recommendations to others considering Harver:**

Use it for it's simplicity and the use of the app (interviewing on the go!)

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the mystery behind the volunteer applications. We get to save the volunteer answers and use them as evidence in case of any safeguarding concerns or miscommunication. 
Benefits: the app makes it super easy to hired people, the clear platform, and most importantly the free analytics so you can track completion rates and intake.

The ease of use at each hiring level. WePow makes it so simple to create the questions I want my candidates to see. They are constantly adding new formats and ways to screen different roles. 

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

I would LOVE to see a more robust mobile experience. Currently you cannot chat with candidates through the app but the chat feature on PC is a LIFE SAVER!!!!

We were suffering from extreme turnover. WePow gave us the ability to jump start our hiring efforts to keep up with customer demand while retention rounded out. WePow has been by far our most utilized software vendor this year!

I like that it offers a choice to the references of when they can complete a reference. I think it asks the obvious questions.

. I can't get the same affect of hearing a reference when it is a compassionate response as a pose to getting a form filled out.

It may save a few extra minutes in the day,  however I've probably got more done in phone calls then via email as not everyone is checking emails. I

ability to brand effectively,  add transition videos throughout and have form questions to learn more about candidates.  Data is collected for each question which allows us to track the effectiveness of our assessments better.

Currently no option to allow candidates a second at bat.  For users to complete on their phones/ipads, they must download an app. 

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do a high volume of phone screens a year,  this limits time on scheduling and allows us to prioritize specific questions over others as we review candidates.  It also forces systemization and consistency of  our assessment process and allows for better data collection on candidates.

The variety of questions this asks is awesome. It sends in the data already aggragated which makes it easier to digest.

Regardless of whether or not you select peer or supervisor, it always asks questions about your work experience with the applicant. If you are using someone as a personal reference, with whom you’ve never worked, it get confused and leaves them wondering how to answer.

HR benefits. It is a way of getting references without having to call tons or people and gives the applicant peace of mind that you won’t immediately call their current job for a reference unless they add them.

Relative ease of use. The platform offers a handy drag and drop functionality to "build" video interviews by picking from an inventory of questions you build for your organization. I appreciate the pus alerts to email and interviewees and reviewers like that they don't have to create usernames and passwords.

I have utilized a lot of other services and always had some sort of technical issue arise during presentations or conferences.  With WePow, I have been able to have a lot better communication with my expanded territory and get responses on materials that I need in a more timely manner.  Our territory is expanded over 10+ states and a lot of conference calls are always held.  We rolled out a national survey with our teams and wanted to get our entire team involved for feedback.  Each manager was able to view their teams responses, and send the best responses to higher management.  The ease of this process, was way better than any other recording/conference system I have utilized.  My team was able to upload their responses very quick, and within minutes I was able to view these.

There is nothing that I dislike about WePow.

I love to be able to hear directly from candidates in this format that makes for an easier screening than scheduling phone calls.

I think the video quality can be better on the videos. I also think it should be easier for companies to brand our videos and more ways to be creative. 

There's been some glitches with candidates using WePow. Sometimes it would freeze. This makes our company look bad.
