The responsiveness of the team! They are so helpful and prompt in helping us to resolve queries. There are also new additions/improvements added to the product regularly; we have asked for specific features, which have been created very quickly indeed. We find that this is a really cost-effective and useful software product (we use it for the complete sales process, as well as purchasing and stock management - and we have converted to Handifx from an alternative product). The software tracks inventory by serial number while also performing the typical warehouse/distribution/retail processing. You can do a sales order, then pick and pack, then invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ruslan and the team have been amazing at accommodating all of my requests through different patches and modifications tailored to our specific needs. There is only 1 item that has been. unable to be performed now and that is to remove cost view for employees on web version so for now only the bc app is being used on ipads until that becomes available. The ease of use. We were looking for a software and scanner to help with our inventory management that can be implemented with Quickbooks. We set up a demo with Handifox and Ruslan Belov showed us everything we needed to be comfortable with what they offered. Once we received the product, they guided us on how to set it up which was straightforward. We are a manufacturing environment that utlized barcoding very heavily! This is very user friendly software that is compatible with Quickbooks!
