Smarp is an intuitive platform with critical features and functionality for employee advocacy programs and employee communications. It is truly a platform that elicits excitement from those who use it and continues to make improvements to better the experience. As a result, our employee advocacy program grows in tangent. Smarp provides insight into our workforce and what matters to them, allowing us to better understand our internal audience and company culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a growing platform, there are sometimes minor functionality flaws or features that prevent quite in-depth analysis or insight. These flaws are often resolved though, and Smarp is quite receptive and in-tune with their customers and user base-always adding features, iterating on functionality, and planning for the next expansion of tools. For me as Content Manager, Smarp is a very simple and user-friendly tool. I use Smarp to communicate content externally through all employees. Twice a week I write articles that our customers or prospects might be interested in reading, publish them on our website and then share them on Smarp so that all employees can share the articles in their private social channels. The important thing for us is that we get increased traffic to our website, increased awareness of our brand and that the outside world sees us as experts in our industry. There are some minor functionalites that could be developed but I find the Smarp-team very attentive and they always welcome feedback to improve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Smarp to gather content that our employees can share on social media. Smarp provides a good overview of the content available, and it's easy for the employees to share content on social media. As ad administrator, I'm very content with the analytics section. I have access to valuable data that I use to report back to my organisation on performance. The Smarp app works very well and it is a valuable supplement to the desktop option. Last but not least the Smarp support team is easily reached on email and is very quick to reply and solve the issues that appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that Smarp provides a platform where all employees can be informed at once, and at the same time they can share relevant content to their own channels. So one solution, for both ways.

I would prefer that a user can also upload just a picture, without a link, and then shared on their own social media channels, it would appear as a normal post. So not clickable, more like an engagement post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
