I like that I am able to transfer my content in an efficient way on various business networks. In addition the Accessability experience is realldy good (Smartphone, netbook etc.). The tool also gives a good and efficient visualization for my postings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Video - Videos are the most shocking tools in Social Networks, if you want to introduce a video link in Smarp you need it to be updated in that Social network. It needs to be improbed

Post proposal - When you propose a new post and in the review someone denies it, it doesnt get saved, so you lose that information, that could have been changed

Ranking - You can´t see the hole ranking, only the top 10, when you are not in that top ten you like to know how many points you need to improve one position

Comments - When someone comments your post and you would like to provide them an answer, you can´t do it in the tool

Personal matters- If you are an influencer on LinkedIn/Twitter also for your personal matters that counts, so it would be grat to be able to post your personal posts from Smarp Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of sharing and how you can look at different channels. I also like the opportunity to load multiple photos for people to choose from. The system allows people that don't feel comfortable writing their own post to partake in social media. The system is also very easy to use as it is just a click of the button. The platform is also well organized with a leader board that helps with people who are competitve with thier colleagues. I like that there is a mobile app that allows people to share on the go because often people are looking through social media on their app and not from their desktop computer. I like that the app has all of the same functinality as the desktop version. I like that the admin is able to send out daily emails with the posts that should be shared. I wish you had the ability to tag people properly in a post. I think that there should also be more education built into the platform so that people are learning how to be better social media users, instead of just clicking a button and having it done. We often find that people will share on Smarp but then are still not confident when posting to their own LinkedIn when not in Smarp. I think that people that post stories to share should also get extra points and not just for the shares. I also dislike that often people only share from the 'general' channel and don't go to the different channels so a way to drive that behaviour would be very helpful. I dislike that you also don't get leaderboard points for commenting or liking posts that are available on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that you can link your Xing and LinkedIn to your SMARP account is also a fantastic way to post some contents with only a few clicks. i do not have to upload the same content twice or more because if you link your account from xing and linkedin it will be upload automaticly. you can also give your link to your colleges and they are also able to upload those contents in their xing and linkedin profils.
