Dank der Chat- und Benachrichtigungsfunktion bleiben alle stets auf dem neuesten Stand, ohne dass man auf E-Mails oder Aushänge angewiesen ist. . Haiilo ist ein Tool das man auch ohne IT Erfahrung gut nutzen kann. Das Baukastensystem macht es einfach einzelne Seiten, Abteilungen oder Pages (Communities) zu erstellen. Die Funktionen die es gibt denken auch eine Vielzahl an Anforderungen für ein Intranet ab. Außerdem gibt es eine ganze Reihe an Widgets die alles von Linkbutton bis Bildergallerie möglich machen. Der Nachteil an Haiilo ist die Schattenseite des Baukastensystems: Leider ist vieles vorgegeben und daher nicht immer 100% mit einer gewünschten CI zu verbinden. Außerdem ist das Tool sehr für aktive Kommunikation unter Kolleg:innen gemacht, für einen eher passiver Anspruch (z.B. nur zur Informationsmitteilung) ist das Tool weniger geeignet. The platform has a modern interface and good communication channels to keep employees informed, it allows everyone to be updated, and periodic news content can be added for effective communication. The search panel is really interactive with a lot of customization and very user-friendly for our company's users. It is quite a collaborative option, basically all important content can be uploaded and organized, we are talking about academic content, work situations, and any content of interest to all employees of the organization, Haiilo allows elevating the brand, it is the voice that every company needs to reach employees faster, I must say that implementing the program has benefited the company and is very accepted by all our professionals, no doubt the program performs very well in professional situations, also opening better marketing channels with social networks and elevating the brand to other statuses. It is mandatory to communicate with the support team to get information about the costs of the plans, many times the answers take a long time, and not only this type of discussion, the people in charge of solving problems often take a long time to give answers, it would be very useful to have a chat within the platform for a more effective communication, the integration with Slack is excellent, but having more options to improve the program would not be bad. Due to the success that Haiilo is currently having with companies, there are noiew problems when many documents or photos are attached to the to the multichannels that are created between employees and clients to set up projects, this is a factor that should be improved to increase the effectiveness of interaction. The UI could be refreshed every now and then to make things more intuitive like the popup on the top right of the page once a new user visits the website is a good example where Haiilo can be improved. Absolutely outstanding in terms of user-friendliness and intuitiveness of the system - and we tested many competing products as part of our analysis. Quickly to learn by users as well as editors, doesn't require a lot of training. Thoughtful concept. Also, the support and sales staff is very eager and quick and they are quite transparent in communicating their roadmap planned. Very easy to implement, without much support of inhouse IT or external partners.

I like the clean structure without a loaded mega-menu and the concept with mini-websites and communities gives our departments and locations a lot of flexibility. Pages are very easy to edit and layouts can be created very flexibly according to the various use cases. I see room for improvement in the concept of multi-language support in the system, which is still somewhat immature and inconsistent in some places. Also it should be easier to address different target groups and share content selectively and flexibly with multi target groups or pages. We also miss page templates and a simple and fast copying, duplicating and moving of content from one space to another. Also I do not like that thumbnails are missing in the files overview and the handling of images can be confusing, as for example when creating news you have to upload these multiple times in different croppings, which is likely to quickly lead to chaos without a thumbnail view in the file library. The best of the Haiilo, is the option to engage with selected groupe of audience and proviode the more visibility in the social media platform. This is best platform for the new startups that want there brand to grow and have visibity on the internet.
