Gymflow Reviews & Product Details

Gymflow is a clean all around gym management software. They handle memberships, classes, appointments, door access, and much more. The dev team is very quick to respond and does a good job of explaining the abilities and technical limitations of the software. Our database migration was very smooth. I had nightmares about migrating 700 members but those worries were all put to rest. Overall, it's a very well put together app that has pushed our gym into the 21st century. There are several key features that Gymflow does not currently have (ie: ability to adjust charges on checkout, door access being allowed for class attendees, membership addons). I believe all of these changes are on the roadmap but as of now, the lack of these features have caused a few pain points for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i love the simplicity and admin interface that allows me to be effficient in my gym easy to navigate and easy to understand how it works. also works well with my gym door system and im able to add modify anything i want at all times. customer support is very efficient and trys to find solutions right away if i cant do it.
