It is a streamlined claims management app. It helps reduce the complexity of tracking claims, providing users with a unified interface. Guidewire ClaimCenter already has all the basics for claim handling. For the best implementation experience, I suggest keeping a lean mindset. Guidewire gives you almost everything you need without too much customization. ClaimCenter provides a lot of customizable features that allow multiple lines of business to be handled in the same platform. It's helpful that it's widely used because new hires with prior experience are able to rapidly learn to use our instance of it. However, for inexperienced users, especialy those coming form legacy systems, the learning curve can be steep.

ClaimCenter is complex and should be customized carefully. Adjusters sometimes quickly get overwhelmed with 'Activity Patterns' so any newly created and automatically triggered patterns should be considered thoroughly.
Also, one of the most frequent user complaints we get is that ClaimCenter does not allow a user to have multiple sessions open at the same time. Finally, we found the Bulk Processing of invoices to suffer from occasional performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Providing solutions for various LOB's an decreasing time to market for new capabilities. Guidewire support teams are top tier when issues do arise, and we feel supported when we find gaps between our business needs and the Guidewide solution.
