One thing I’d say I dislike about GSI, Inc. is that sometimes their solutions can take longer to implement than expected. While the quality of their work is always excellent, there are times when timelines stretch out, which can be frustrating if we're working with tight deadlines. The most helpful about using GSI is their expertise in NetSuite and their project team that helped with every aspect of our implementation. The years of experience within the project team made us feel comfortable and their knowledge around the NetSuite tool was key to our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
