Paul Reeves was directly responsible for helping our Customer Success function scale to support our growing customer needs. Specifically, Paul led the effort to install a set of playbooks, processes and tooling that allowed our CS team to be more efficient while maintaining high customer satisfacion metrics. Growth Molecules helped us assess our current customer experience, guided us to explicitly shape our vision of the future, and provided tools, training, and processes to move forward. Growth Molecules reviewed our customer facing training, support, and implementation teams; identified the best parts of our current processes; provided best practices, tools, and structures to allow better customers outcomes more efficiently and create a foundation for future scaling. We worked with Growth Molecules to create a custom series of training sessions focused on improving the Customer Success team's soft skills, as well as a series of coaching sessions to help managers support their teams in navigating challenging customer interactions & applying these skills to their daily roles. Emilia and Shannon were very flexible & worked with us to create a custom series of trainings that aligned with the skills we wanted to improve. They also were very willing to accommodate some of our unique logistical challenges: we have team members located across multiple countries at time zones so finding a time that works for everyone can be tricky. They were willing to run each session twice and also had great suggestions for how we could use the time set aside for coaching. Shannon is an excellent trainer and the sessions were very interactive. First, I love how the team at Growth Molecules is JUST focused on delivering value. For example, if I booked an hour-long meeting with the Growth Molecules team and we could cover all my topics/questions in 30 minutes, they told me right away when we began the call and we finished in 30 minutes. They did not try to stretch out the conversation just to secure billings.
Second, when you get advice from the Growth Molecules team, you know its coming from a team that is completely plugged in to all the right people in the industry and that they know the best practices in the industry cold.
