What do you like best about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?

The team, especially James, was fantastic and easy to work with - he was extremely consultative and really challenged the way we were thinking about implementing this tool, in addition to the associated change management. He really helped us stay on track while we had many other priorities on the go.

He also worked really well with the Planhat team so there was no duplication of sharing information we had already provided.

We partnered with GM to implement our new CS tool (Planhat) - this was something we had struggled with getting across the finish line due to our lean team and internal resourcing. Growth Molecules has been an excellent partner to Salsify’s Customer Success team! The team at Growth Molecules efficiently and skillfully leveled up our CS organization by bringing experience, knowledge and best practices to each session. Our training facilitator, Shannon, structured the sessions to allow for collaboration and creativity, which our CSMs truly enjoyed. The course was organized and well executed while staying flexible to our needs. Each participating CSM earned a formal Customer Success certification at the end of the course, which many posted proudly on their LinkedIn accounts. We were so glad to be able to provide this meaningful opportunity for our CSMs to develop their CS skills and level up their resumes. Growth Molecules helped my business effectively implement Gainsight into our previous existing Customer Success operations. The GM team has a great process for designing the build of Gainsight; they kept us updated along the way and conducted weekly 'pulse check' calls to make sure we stayed on schedule with our implementation. There were many instances of the team going above and beyond for us during the design phase and the implementation phase.
