What do you like best about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?

I really enjoyed the interactive nature and dialogue of the training. It was not the same old customer success monologues that too often are considered training. The instructor for our course ws great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?

It is almost a backhanded compliment, but I really wanted more time to discuss the scenarios and have everyone share their experiences in relation to the material. But, that would probably turn each session into a 2 hour block. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Growth Molecules, Customer Success solving and how is that benefiting you?

Growth Molecules was a phenomenal way to get our entire team on the same page and speaking the same language around customer success retention, expansion, and growth. The training provided a framework for us to deliberately approach how we are interacting with our customers, from pre-onboarding through kick-off to renewal. If you are a good CSM you will be doing some of this, but probably not all of the strategies and tactics included in the training. Help break the stale QBR rut your teams get in and think about how to effectively work with the customers to hit their goals, AND yours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really critical to have knowledgable and opionanted internal enablement or CSM team/leader partners as a consulting irm always needs internal SMEs who know the product, the market, the customer better than Growth Molecules could possibly know. What problems is Growth Molecules, Customer Success solving and how is that benefiting you?

We hired Growth Molecules at Amplitude to reinvent and up-level our Success Planning motion, notably for the top end of the Enterprise Segment where business value alignment is critical. The GM team partnered with our internal CSM team to review current state (artifacts and methodology) and map out desired future state. They combined their own best practice approach with Amplitude specific requirements to design a much more rigorous and thoughtful Success Planning motion. The pre-discovery piece of this new approach leaned heavily on proven sales methodologies to do up-front account research, assess risks and opportunities and identify potential areas for growth with the customer. The customer-facing piece focused on a concise list of recommendations (or outcomes) tied to measurable metrics for joint success. The GM team also partnered with enablement to train the CSM teams on the new model including practical application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working with Emilia and Sabina was easy - they listened to what our team was seeking in a companywide event and tailored it to our needs.

If you seek speakers to motivate your team, we recommend Emilia and Sabina! They wrote a book about being tech moms, Pressing On as a Tech Mom, and have several workshops to select from. We selected one on mentorship and sponsorship. Our team was inspired and left with actionable items to consider for our growing and diverse organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We selected a 55-minute workshop for our Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives at Auditboard. This workshop was meant to raise awareness about the importance of diversifying the workforce and dive into the mentorship and sponsorship layers for employee and customer success.
