We had some minor onboarding/install issues on these sites but these were fixed by the support team. We would like a few new new features in order to suit some clients, however we've submitted these as feature requests and look forward to these being released. Growmatik not only helps you manage your email automation but also helps customize and display the intelligent popups for your eCommerce businesses, triggering the workflow based on various metrics like website parameters, eCommerce activities (like orders, cart states, customers) etc. You can collect leads directly from your website, import them, and engage them with the workflow automation feature. The dashboard also gives you various information on your lead statuses, website statuses, and your campaign insights.

Not a dislike, but while importing contacts manually, it would have been great if it could remember previous import settings so that the user should not map the fields each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it's truly Omni-channel unlike so many half-baked pretenders. I can do BOTH personalized email marketing & web page pop-ups. I can slowly retire Convertful, my current lead-gen pop tool on my sites as this does the job and more.
Also, It's amazing how minutely I can target customers...like only nudging high-ticket customers with new items complimenting their earlier purchases. The possibilities are amazing.
