Ireally enjoy using Groupworld because it requires absolutely no downloads or installations — I can jump straight into a session from any browser, on any device, without any setup hassle. The whiteboard is incredibly intuitive and feature-rich, with smooth writing, screen sharing, and video conferencing all in one place. I find it much easier to use than tools like Zoom, and getting started takes only a matter of minutes even for someone using it for the first time. What impresses me most is the customer support — it's the most responsive and personal support experience I've ever had with any software. I use Groupworld for online tutoring, and I like the fact that you don't have to download anything or input any information. It's very easy to use. The issue of sharing files with another member in the Groupworld group is quite challenging. It is very slow to upload large files and the facility of directly sharing the folders is also missing.
