It is not about disliking the service, but instead what could perhaps be improved:
1) Service Desk lags on some occassions but functionality has remained intact more or less
2) Some takedowns remain ongoing even when detected by the platform and accepted to work over 10 months ago.
3) Mismatch of observations associated with different instances.
4) The closure of some tickets raised through the Service Desk should only be decided by the entities who raised the ticket in the first place, and not DRP analysts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Social network channels are also detected and supported in removing content to protect the brand.
Monthly summary reports are also distributed and customer approval is required to perform the removal.

The GIB's people are open to criticism, always taking it from a constructive perspective, with the aim not only to improve themselves, but even more to help end customers such us ourselves.... and they do it. There is always good for improvement and, we are always learning, which is the great point that makes sense to all challenges we are facing in this changing and evolving digital world. If I have to say something, is mainly focused in some technical aspects of the platform which in specific complex environments, it might be needed some adjustments to make it work in a customized way. However, as I said, this is in complex and not-standard environments where things are always difficult to make them work smoothly at least at the beginning, which, is normal to happen. The platform is user friendly with a useful helpcenter with required information for each available tab within the platfom. The platform also has a inbulit request center which simplifies raising queries to support and has a chat feature with email notification when there is a reply. The detection tab is also extensive with ease of use on filtering and viewing of alerts with required information and ability to obtain the link for further investigation if a screenshot is not available.
