Grooper is very user friendly. I like the simple and quick processes through the batches, and I like the fact it reads the cover sheets, and I don't have to key which file to put the scan to for each scan. Being a law office, we have used several platforms for scanning, and Grooper, by far, has been my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only complaint I have about Grooper is that on larger scans, it sometimes gets hung up between processes, and I have to pause the scan and restart it, and sometimes it works, and sometimes I have to delete the batch and start over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Grooper data processing platform has been invaluable to our organization through our transition to a paperless environment. Instead of manually scanning/batching hundreds of contract documents each week, we email .pdf sets of documents to a designated emailbox. The system identifies, separates, and indexes the various documents with incredible speed, security, and, most importantly, increased accuracy. The Grooper system was difficult to set up for our particular organization. The transition was both time-consuming and labor-intensive due to the specific complexities of our internal IT structure. During the initial sale, we were also not advised that costly periodic upgrades are necessary approximately every 3 years.
