The interface design is good and makes it easy to navigate across the platform.
The fact that all content (courses, masterclasses, webinars, and others) can be accessed with just one subscription makes it a great price-quality ratio.
My team takes as many courses as they like across the platform on a wide range of topics (not just related to business or technologies). I think that the fact that people have freedom to choose whatever they want to learn is great. Plus, since some of the courses cost hundreds of dollars on other marketplaces that saves you some money right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s been a number of times what I ran into courses descriptions that were misleading to me. I wish business and marketing course libraries were bigger. Overall, the quality of the content is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed of onboarding. All my team got personal recommendations for relevant courses the next day after we signed up to Grinfer Business. I liked the “70-30-10” algorithm for those recommendations, where 70% were for professional development, 30 - for soft skills upgrade, and 10% for employees’ interests and hobbies.
The best part of working with Grinfer is our dedicated Customer Success Manager. We developed and agreed on a short- and long-term strategy for my company. That was a big help for me! Great thanks to Alexa :) I never met any service with such engagement into their clients’ goals: they curate our personalized courses and workshops lists, deliver the needed content and experts for training asap. Still, some admin panel features are missing: auto-generated reports (though they send it via email), learners’ experience analytics. Waiting for these updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to particularly note the design and easy navigation of the platform as well as a quick response from the Grinfer team on any issues.
As for the courses… Although there are lots of categories, we found a wide selection of training programs upon our request. The courses offered include useful and up-to-date information. The instructors tend to focus both on theory and practice. Especially I want to mention the courses of Eric Lofholm, Ken Burke, The Expert Academy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only drawback was that Grinfer Business doesn’t provide the certificate of completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing is that the platform has dozens of courses on various topics, which all are available to us. The library of business courses is great including marketing and sales (it was really helpful), I can manage the pace of learning and determine the most necessary skills to obtain myself. At the same time, it's great that the platform offers a learning path with the relevant courses as I don't spend time on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There're no courses on influencer marketing, which was my priority, and they haven't been added yet (though I guess it's a general issue with this kind of content). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform offers a sufficient library of high-quality courses, a variety of topics for different departments, engaging instructors. My fave is that Grinfer accepts requests for training materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's an option to ask questions from instructors via the chat if something is not clear. However, it's impossible with some instructors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
