What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

Ease of Implementation. There's not much else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

Navigation is awful. While reviewing data for a subject, you have to go back to the list of subjects to go to the next visit rather than navigating within the subject. For monitors, there should be an option to "Review" but it appears there are only options to "Verify" which, in the Clinical Research world, alludes to "Source Documentation Verification" which is very different and a lot more involved than simply reviewing the data. For IRB submissions, it would be greatly beneficial to be able to download a data elements list that reflects all fields, including the dynamic nature of those fields, etc. Also, would like it if Greenlight Guru Clinical users needed to complete training module(s) prior to using. What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

The whole set up of the study. Implementing CRF creation, Validation rules, Show hide features... The whole build of the database. Once you know what you are doing everything flows in a simple way. New features and improvements come out all the time, and a lot are due to input and feature requests from customers like me. So Greenlight Guru pay attention all the time to our needs and requests for certain features. The updates happen frequently so you don't have to wait too long. The support team answer very quickly. There is a good email flow back and forth from support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

There are a few features that are a bit annoying but will hopefully be changed in future versions. Also, there has been a staff change and the response of the support is a bit slower and seem to be not as knowledgeable. What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

As an administrator I like how easy it is to create custom roles and assign these to various collaborators. In addition, I also use Greenlight Guru Clinical for data monitoring. The software allows us to customize our data capture to each study and site, build queries and perform a two step data verfication on each datapoint. We are able to integrate various aspects of our clinical trials, from study design to data collection, which helps streamline the process. The detailed training sessions were very useful to get started and the helpdesk has been helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

The built in dashboard is a bit limited. Currently, it summarizes the total per study of all sites combined. I would like to be able to see a dashboard for the individual sites with customized output.

Loading forms can at times be very slow, especially as more data is being added.

We've had quite a few participants struggle with the e-consent function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

Our company decided to use Greenlight Guru Clinical as the EDC to conduct our latest clinical trials. The onboarding process went smoothly thanks to the knowledgeable team. The platform itself is easy to use, although it does take some time to get used to. Greenlight Guru Clinical has a training feature that will allow you to become a trained user. We have been thoroughly impressed with the features offered on the platform itself– specifically the ability to schedule questionnaires to be sent out at a particular date and time. This is something we use on a daily basis. This has led to increased compliance from our subjects and decreased human error from the company side. Overall, the Greenlight Guru Clinical EDC has been easy to use and we would definitely recommend you consider it for future clinical trials.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

The main downside we have noticed is regarding study amendments. We understand that an advanced study amendment should be conducted by the Greenlight Guru Clinical Support Team to ensure it is done correctly and accurately, however the process is a bit complicated. What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

The platform is stylish and user friendly for trial sites. The layout of the eCRF can be designed to be easy to follow and guide users through prompts. Therefore, sites tend not require extensive user training or continous assitance when completing CRF's. The number of features available allows for mutliple options and routes when inputting the data, which can be tailored to trial specific data entry requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

Although the platform is great for trial site data entry, a limitation is the reporting and monitoring capabilities. Currently it is difficult to create advanced data quality reports or set platform rules based on monitoriing e.g. form verification requirements or automatic system generated query design. However, it must be stated that the Greenlight Guru team have great customer support and are receptive to new idea's and implementation that will improve the platform. What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

From PM's perspective: Clean UX design, smooth experience, easy access & data exports. Amazing Support team! Anything can be done :) For me, it is very important to be available to study participants 24/7. GGC gives the opportunity to control the data in a split second after it was entered. What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

I would like to be able to display more than 100 records per page and I would like the sorting to apply to all Subjects, not only those displayed on a given page. Such update would make my work much easier (especially when it will involve thousands of participants). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

The feature I like the best is how easy it is to pull reports from the data collected. This makes my job as trial manager a lot easier as I can easily pull relevant information out. Having a seperate section for queries raised is also very useful as it helps give an overview on who has completed their tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

I think what was least helpful about SMART Trial was that a number of form templates were repeated - meaning that they had to be edited once the study was opened as not all forms were relevant. I think this couldve been solved by repeated testing in the set-up stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

the easy of use is good, ease of implementation and Intergration is great, we also frequently use it for multiple trials which is good for having a centralised eCRF. i have no experience in using the Customer Support so i can not comment on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

the lack of blood units, the inability to have more than 25 participants per page these features would be very helpful. copying and pasting would be very helpful as well as duplicating certain items as it can get tedious.

occasionally it can be slow andthere has been cases were a lot of work was done and it was not saved which can be frustating

Apart from that, this is more of a pet peeve but in my opinion Smart trial is a better name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

Greenlight Guru Clinical is an excellent tool for managing clinical studies, offering a very user-friendly interface that's easy to navigate for both sponsors and recruiting sites. The platform provides great training resources, making it simple to get started, and the customer support is exceptional, with most queries resolved within 24 hours.

The API is easy to integrate, and we successfully leveraged the platform as the backend for our app prototype used in our current clinical study.

Overall, its user-friendly design, excellent support, and robust training resources make it a top choice for anyone looking to manage clinical studies effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

However, there are a few areas where the platform could improve. Some recruiting sites encountered issues when inputting patient contact details for e-consent, so adding a patient self-registration option on the e-consent platform could be beneficial. Additionally, as a study owner, it would be helpful to have the ability to delete sites or study subjects directly, rather than needing to request assistance from a Greenlight Guru Clinical administrator. What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

I like how willing the support team is to help resolve issues or override items in GGC. I also like that you can export specific data from studies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?

I wish you could combine studies when you export, allowing for further export customizations. I also wish you could run statistics within the program. Finally, I think it would be useful to have duplication functions beyond just individual questions; sometimes we want to duplicate sets of questions or data entries.
