We ultimately chose Gradelink because we were impressed by the design of the websites that were shared with us, the quoted cost of designing and hosting our website, and the responsiveness of Vince, our consultant from Gradelink. Before we made our decision, Vince led a demo for us, and our committee was able to ask questions and speak directly to the person who would be designing our website. I would highly recommend Vince from Gradelink as a consultant as he is knowledgeable, patient, and responsive to your needs. He shared websites with us that Gradelink had designed, and he allowed us to share what we liked and what we did not. He listened to what our needs were and he tailored the design of our website to what we needed and wanted. He was also honest in providing feedback to us about ideas we had about the design based on his experience. Vince offered suggestions or alternatives in a kind way, yet he was open to trying things to see how they would ultimately look. I was in contact with Vince on a very regular basis during the design process, and he was very responsive. Gradelink offers addition modules that you can add on late, such as billing and enrollment. Teachers love the ability to integrate Google Classroom with importing grades, making daily grade imputing easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gradelink is, in my opinion, is expensive for what you get. Reporting is cumbersome and limited. For example, pulling attendance reports requires at least ten extra clicks that a good redesign could do away with. Additionally, the visual presentation of the site is rather displeasing.
