GPTBots.ai Pros and Cons

Rich portfolio of LLMs for me to choose from.

No code is required. Since I've been using various AI tools for work for 3+ years, I can build many marketing-purpose agents myself on GPTBots.

But I still need my tech team's help when we need to use the AI agent to completely handle online inquiries and directly push the inquiries into our CRM as leads. The tech team needs to do some API integration.

In short, my mkt team now use AI to write pretty much all formats of marketing content, from SDR scripts to industry insights articles. As GPTBots can retrieve info from the internet as well as all the product/solution-related info we input into its knowledge, we only need to do a little review and retouch.

Besides the leads capturing automation, next-step we plan to explore more automated emails with GPTBots (i.e. situation triggered or intelligently follow-up), looking forward to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GPTBots platform is very friendly to novice developers. The platform provides a free trial version and supports independent uploading of knowledge base data to train bots.
