Administrators can host webinars, conference calls, and virtual presentations from the convenience of their own offices or homes at any time. We have been able to stay afloat throughout this period of uncertainty because of this software (throughout the COVID-19 pandemic). Valuable and easy to use, GoToWebinar is a great tool. Participants can send and receive private messages at any time during a conference call or meeting. Other features include the ability to "virtually raise their hand" and ask for assistance, as well as the ability to share or reflect screens. **What do you dislike about GoTo Webinar?** Not being able to access an app through the browser is a pain. During a webinar, I'd like to broadcast live to social media platforms like YouTube or Facebook. It isn't easy to get sound video playback, at least from what I've done so far. Occasionally, there is a lag in the transition between presenters. Because of this, the audio and video are not in sync. Changing your membership plan necessitates a phone call, which is something else I dislike. This is not a tangible service and a one year contract is totally an unfair practice. They now selll the same product cheaper but you cannot switch to another plan midway. Very very unhappy with customer service. The team is clueless and cant wait to get rid of you to answer questions. This application can be used to connect participants worldwide with many parts across the globe. We used to host webinars and meetings with clients through GoToWebinar. The good thing about this application is that we can record the session and use it for later use and polls are available during the call. The host can create polls and participants can vote in that poll. After every meeting feedback link is sent to each and every participant to get valuable feedback about the session. **What do you dislike about GoTo Webinar?** It has many bugs to be fixed when the presenter uses multiple monitors. When the participants cross 1000 mark we face bandwidth issues. The presenter cannot see the webcam while presenting. There is no virtual background. The interface could use an update since it's not very intuitive. I can almost recite it from memory. The benefit of this application is that sessions can be recorded and replayed later, and polling is available during the webinar session. Following each meeting, the host may create surveys in which attendees can vote to provide valuable feedback. **What do you dislike about GoTo Webinar?** It is riddled with bugs that must be addressed when the presenter utilizes many monitors. When the number of participants exceeds 1000, we encounter bandwidth constraints. While presenting, the person cannot see their webcam. GoToWebinar doesn't provide such a thing as a virtual background. **Recommendations to others considering GoTo Webinar:** Conduct research and request trial sites due to the abundance of webinar platforms available. GoToWebinar suggests using the built-in captions in Google Slides or PowerPoint as you're sharing those tools, but if you're not sharing one of those items, you're out of luck, and even if you are, there's no way for users to turn them off who do not need them. Zoom now has live, automated captions, which is a real game-changer. I also wish it had a single calendar sharing option to share your entire upcoming calendar of webinars. **What problems is GoTo Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosting large events is a lot easier with GTW due to the 3000 attendee limit. It is cost-effective for the solution that it provides us. Attendees often ask if they'll receive a certificate for attending, which GTW delivers automatically. ### 50.
