What do you like best about GoSurvey?

It is simple to use, and it helps me get faster where I need to collect data for my organization because I can use it even when my internet connection fails, which is very often lately. Also, I can send the information to my coworkers faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoSurvey?

The customer service can be slow and sometimes makes me wonder if there's a better way to get to the answers I need about the product. However, the product has been user-friendly so is something to not worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finally, I have been able to get the answers I needed, I was looking for feedback about the expectations our clients have and how can we improve in different areas of the organization. It has been a time saver to get to the mind of our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
