What do you like best about Goolara Symphonie?

Goolara Symphonie has been very helpful as its advanced segmentation feature allows me to group my clients based on their requirements, and automated follow-up emails have helped retain our clients. Goolara Symphonie has so many features, because of having a large CSR audience we use it for sharing our monthly newsletters, also Goolara symphonie is the best outreach tool, through which we outreach to our key stakeholders ensuring they are informed and engaged while improving overall efficiency of the comms. Also, the automated email feature keeps us on top of the minds of our clients by automatically sharing success stories, impact stories, and newsletters. Being a consultancy we organize a lot of events and summits, Gollara symphonies help in sending out mass invitations, reminders and post-event follow-up emails. Goolara's advanced A/B split testing makes this easier with its automated split decision sends. The best thing is the Email Automation, This feature is also easy to set up and base off of a date, a segment, a list or much more. I have enjoyed using MailChimp because it is easy to use and simple for the employees to fill out when asked. This tool will help you fix the mistake, even if you have sent the message. All in One Email tool. We don't need another tool for the same functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool doesn't have a demo page at starting for the users who are new to it. It requires more flexible plans. Very fewer templates in it. It also does not offer a money back guarantee. Goolara Symphonie has a limited free trial period duration of 2 weeks. Goolara Symphonie takes a lot of time to set up to flow correctly across multiple platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was not able to edit the messages I was sending before, but from Goolara this problem is fixed. I can edit the sent messages very easily now. I have enjoyed using MailChimp because it is easy to use and simple for the employees to fill out when asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
