What I like best about Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) is its seamless scalability and reliability. GKE makes it incredibly easy to scale our containerized applications, whether we need to handle increased traffic or optimize resource usage during quieter periods. This scalability is crucial for our dynamic workloads, and GKE's automatic scaling features, combined with Google's robust infrastructure, ensure that our applications remain highly available and responsive. The most significant drawback of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) is the complexity of cost management in dynamic workloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google has the lead here when it comes to managed K8s engines considering feaures like fully automatic cluster upgrades, automatic node repair, support for various versions and channels. These features make GKE very administrator friendly and easy to use focusing our efforts on the deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing else major to worry about losing some edge compared to other managed services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GKE for its ease of use, automatic scaling, and robust integration with other Google Cloud services. It provides a managed Kubernetes environment, which simplifies cluster management and allows users to focus on their applications. GKE also offers features like automatic node upgrades, monitoring, and auto-repair, making it a popular choice for container orchestration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In organization, I have been using Google Cloud Platform to migrate onprem applications. Main reason to use google cloud is it has feature like scalability, performance and, using the cloud you can reach globally,it has wide network availability all over the world. I have been using a client side google cloud account, so it didn't debit any money from my account. But it is quite risky for the people who use their personal bank account , after free trial it might be possible some amount will deducted from your account. So user need to keep eye on the end date of free trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find GKE is very easy to implement, use, integrate and maintained for users.
It has amazing feature like load balancing, auto scaling and other services.
Also, there GKE provides strong documentation and most importantly customer support which in real time makes our work more convient and effectives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Until now I haven't encounter any such cons while using GKE. Only one thing related to logging and monitoring is not understand by some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a managed Kubernetes service for containers and container cluster running on Google cloud infrastructure which is more flexible to use and almost the best way for the services to create or resize clusters. pods and replication controllers. easy to implement. Cost- GKE is managed service and it can be more expensive than running kubernetes on your own infrastructure.

As a startup focused on customer identity and financial fraud detection, we immensely like the extensive array of services Google Cloud provides. Its offerings encompass various tools, including AI and machine learning, big data analytics, databases, developer tools, and more. This comprehensive suite empowers us to develop and deploy various applications and solutions to meet our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GCP Complexity for Beginners. Their service outages sometimes. Unresponsive cloud console. Some of the missing services like the compressive graph database service. Terrible documentation and support plans. Especially not a beginner friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it's integration with other google cloud services is seamless and google community offer a great support. I've used both GKE and EKS but GKE seems better in terms of reliability and performance and also GKE has some additional features like auto node scaling , it also support multiple kubernetes versions which is a plus. It's more complex and secondly the pricing, it is slightly expensive than EKS or it's other counterparts. Also if you ever decide to switch to another provider , it's gonna be a hassle to do so from GKE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
