What I like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow is its powerful natural language processing (NLP) engine. Dialogflow can accurately understand and respond to a wide range of user queries, even if they are complex or ambiguous. The amount of response we can add and then we can use what dialog to be used for which intent and people with multiple businesses use it to full potential and can save by using the same template for their numerous companies, it's easy of implement for customer support or general inquires Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google AI powered advanced Dialogflow CX has amazing features that personally like to highlight here as I found helpful are like to build virtual assistant or agent for site or product. with very easy process and there many language support by this Dialogflow.
