Google Cloud Dialogflow has a bunch of cool channels and you don't need to do much coding because you can just drag and drop stuff. It's pretty convenient. Making a bot is super easy, thanks to its user-friendly development process. The platform is really great at helping with rules and patterns, and it has awesome analytics and natural language processing abilities.
