Google Authenticator is solving mainly to keep my account secure as it requires real time codes which fequency ranges it seconds makes someone to stel our data. It is benfiting in multiple ways for multiple applications. It should be used by every user because it can keep the account secure. We are using this solution for accounts protection. It protects from the illegal access and mis use of the data. What do you like best about Google Authenticator?

It's quick,and easy to use. If you lose or break your phone just have to sign into your Google account on your new device download the authenticator app and sign in and poof everything is saved where you left it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I hate that things are like this in our world..where we can't be to safe with our passwords and information,2 factor, authenticator apps etc etc just to keep our.private info.from.being stolen from some low life that wants to assume our identity bc his is just to lame!it's easy to use! Very easy to setup for different platforms like gmail , github , crypto trading services , icloud and many social platforms . It provides a real time otp on app whicha can be easily copied by tapping and pasting where otp needed making it more secure and also saving time by not waiting for old time like in sms or mail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Google Authenticator?

Easy to use, reliable and at no cost. Works with nearly all well established OTP 2FA systems and user do not need addtional cards or keys to remain safe. Easy for twork and home use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Authenticator?

Grea on Iphone as the tokens can be exported to another device, but this is not so easy on Android, there are occasions where OTP is better than using SMS for access to a shared account exporting the QR code would be handy on those occasion and is much easier on IOS. but its not a killer.

It would be even better if you could store other passwords or data such as credit card info or add in addtional documents, and it be accessible through a google account also however this would leave it open to abuse if a user were to not have 2FA on their google account, (this could be an option but only if 2FA is enabled on a google account.
