GoFormz can be a bit tough to get ahold of somebody. But once I got through to our account manager Rami, he has always been there to help through whatever issue we are having. It is a fantastic tool that allows us to save an incredible number of labor hours every year. It frees up our people to do more of what they love and less of what they don't. 1. Help page is very little help
2. Need to get a real person on the phone to recieve quality support.

THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO BUILD THE ENTIRE FORM. I WAS EXPECTING SOME HELP IN BUILDING THE FORM. THE FORMULAS ARE COMPLICATED TO CREATE, I EXPECTED SOME HELP WITH THAT. THE FACT THAT I CANNOT REMOVE THE FORMS WITHOUT DELETING THEM. I CAN'T PUT THEM IN FOLDERS TO ORGANIZE THEM. THEY'RE ONLY SHOWN AS THE LATEST SAVED OR COMPLETED. I've tried many different forms companies and GoFormz is the best cost to features ratio. Also the customer service is top tier. Forms are easy to setup and use. Easy to use and intergate with my current systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had to find a quick and easy way that our employees could complete forms for badging at secure sites. Our employees all have mobile devices but are not tech savvy. The functionality is not completely intuitive. I learned several things by trial and error. An interactive tutorial on how to use the product would be useful. If I could dislike one thing, it would have been the account services I was provided long ago. It never quite worked right, and I had to fix most of it myself. With the help and suggestions of Ryan Lovelace I have been able to further repair and troubleshoot some broken programming on some of these forms as well, making GoFormz much better to use. The most helpful aspect of GoFormz is the ability to take preexisting PDFs of company forms and convert them into digital forms. This greatly increases user adoption of the platform throughout low tech areas of our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoFormz has many features and abilities. This leads to the expectation that some basic features are present, but not all are. Some examples are: input validation (for numbers), sub-folders for templates, and required table columns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Goform is very user friendly application. Any type of forms can be setup on it very easily. It is very powerful tool to record date crucial for business.

Even adminitrator cannot manage the passwords of the other user.
Sometimes it becomes very difficult to manager/reset or setup passwords for field staff.
