The system is very easy to set up and run across our company. We use GoFormz to create forms to be signed off by clients on a daily basis, allowing us to save out as PDF forms for easy processing. A huge range of features that allows users to make in depth editable forms. The system works brilliant with form trasnfers allowing myself as an admin to transfer forms that are required to specific users and take control back once complete. If forms could be organised into folders as well as the templates this would make it easier to organise, although there will likely be a logistical reason why this is not possible.
