You start with your current paper forms, PDF or JPEG and you can be up and running in a short period of time. We tried all the other electronic form options and Goformz is the best for point of sale and face to face with your customer.
Having it app based was a big reason we even started with GoFormz, it makes it so much easier to implement when all the staff have to do is download the app and login. Our training of new people takes very little time.
The attention to detail on how the form is built is second to none, the different variety of fields that can be used makes it very flexible. Once we discovered databases it opened up so many new opportunities, you make one change in your database and everyone has instant access to the new information.
The ability to drag and drop, resize, format fields, fonts, colors is great. The biggest plus is being able to use formula in the default value field that can drive off values in other fields and allows you to do some serious calculations and logic statements.
Next is the reporting feature which allows you to produce reports with data and graphs and then automate them to any schedule makes life so simple.
Probably the thing that has impressed us the most and our customers is the ability to be able manage events and produce automated html emails when a form is completed. In the paper days it used to take us 10 days to get our customer their actual Bartercard account number now with Goformz they get it the same day they sign their membership form. In fact if we wanted to we could do it within the hour.
If you have paper forms, I promise you it is worth the time to invest in getting started with GoFormz, we no longer have any (not a single one) paper forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoFormz has made it possible for our Inspections to go digital. I just uploaded our form and prepared some dropdown boxes. I made space to add all the picture I want and room for notes. I added current jobsites to a Data Source and the inspection process is super streamlined. As soon as I complete the inspection, it automatically sends me a copy. It is date stamped and editable. The system is very easy to set up and run across our company. We use GoFormz to create forms to be signed off by clients on a daily basis, allowing us to save out as PDF forms for easy processing. A huge range of features that allows users to make in depth editable forms. The system works brilliant with form trasnfers allowing myself as an admin to transfer forms that are required to specific users and take control back once complete. If forms could be organised into folders as well as the templates this would make it easier to organise, although there will likely be a logistical reason why this is not possible. Our business started out using paper making tons of copies, sending our traveling technicians with only paper copies to perform jobs. Since we singed up with GoFormz, it makes it easier on us as the office personnel and the traveling techs to view specific jobs and make sure certain fields/boxes are filled out before they leave that location. We have a different work order for each job they do, so GoFormz makes it easy for us to upload the correct work order and obtain information from that specific job without getting confused with other jobs. Our techs have not complained about anything with GoFormz at all, and trust me, they like to complain. Anytime that we've run into something we thought was an issue, we used the customer support and had immediate response and immediate help. The only thing we've noticed as a down side to GoFormz is when the app needs updating on the techs ipads, it tends to not sync at all, but as soon as they update the app, it all works properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working with an existing PDF form to turn it into a mobile app with the relevent work flow was easy to do with the help of the suppot team both at the onboarding stage and once we were up and running. The form was easy to implement with the team and will save time due to the high frequency of use.

We used to do every single traceability form in all of my stores by hand. It was a long process and not to mention having to also date all products, so we needed a solution to make the traceability portion of it quicker and save us some time. It has made the process in all 6 of my stores so much more efficient and quicker. And I can also manage/monitor all of the forms remotely from my laptop to make sure it's all being done correctly!
