Their understanding of mobile instructional design and their commitment to help you through the entire process of creating your own mobile specific programs further amplifies the experience. Other than the fact that the founder of the company lives in Singapore so she's not readily available during our normal business hours, there isn't anything I would criticize Gnowbe about. They've been completely intentional with our programs and business model and have worked with us and empowered us throughout the entire process. And just to be clear, the founder of the company goes above and beyond when connecting with her customers so her location has no impact on her business relationships. As a learning experience designer, I can create lots of interactivity (learners to learners, learners to instructors, and learners to content) for my learners to enhance their learning experiences, using rich media and fun features. Also, as a program admin, I can easily track individual learners' progress. It's very easy to use and create a fun and effective learning program with Gnowbe. The text editor does not allow me to add images and text together! So if I want to organize my content with text in conjunction with images, I create an image file and add it as a 'view' activity. Sometimes this doesn't work well because images shrink. I wish I can embed images along with text in the 'read' activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gnowbe is incredibly intuitive to use. Anyone can create content successfully. The template for content creation makes curating a new program simple, just like putting together a lego set. Once content is created, delivering it to participants is as easy as a few clicks of the mouse. With Gnowbe, the way that we learn is transformed from boring and rote to a fun, quick, and effective exercise. Not only do participants learn better with the "short snippet" approach, they are able to learn at a place and time that is most convenient for them (e.g. in the line at the grocery store, waiting for your child at soccer practice, etc.). Participation and outcomes can be tracked easily through the platform so that we always know how successful we have been. It is a game changer for organizational learning. It is an excellent tool to facilitate learning within institutions, in our case the company where I work decided to use this tool to give some training courses and we get that it really has a good interface to manage and facilitate the learning process, not to mention that it also has a good quality material and the option to integrate with other tools to get the most out of this tool. Easy to use (with help option available anytime), mobile app support, downloadable content, easily create content in a couple of minutes, user friendly interface, a lot of items (actions) can be added on your program, group discussion feature where you can share and see other participant's answer and the chat option that will let you contact the creator/curator of the program. Additional actions would be nice. Some limited admin privilege, you would expect as an admin, that you cannot add other Curator on a program. And programs can only be deleted by the original creator and there is limited option to get user ratings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gnowbe is so easy to use and is the now of learning. It's mobile micro learning and badging is the new norm of how to best teach, educate and onboard students, employees, customers etc. they have totaly captured the need of all especially those of underserved communities and emerging countries.
