What do you like best about GMass?

I love how easy it is to learn which made it quick to implement. Honestly I randomly chose GMass over a year ago to do a mail merge from my Google Workspace and I'm so glad I did. It was simple to learn which made it fast to implement which kept me on deadline. I unsubscribed because I didn't have need for it as much and recently re-subscribed because of new workload. It's now even easier to use than when I used it last year! Highly recommend this product. My email merges are very simple, but I can see that if I needed other bells and whistles, they're there! Highly recommend, especially for those who have simple email merges they need to produce quickly. It's super easy to integrate into my work flow as well. What do you dislike about GMass?

What do you like best about GMass?

An Email Automation Tool designed for sending bulk campaigns with automatic follow-ups. Easily track campaign details through an Integrated Dashboard. What do you dislike about GMass?

No such issues I encountered while using the gmaas since from 2 years. Support Team is very helpful in any issues occur while using it. Frequently used the product and find it highly reliable.Integrated with many new features that fit within our budget.We have implemented GMaas for all our outreach efforts and have seen positive results. What do you like best about GMass?

Using GMass for multiple usecase and happy with the product. The product implementation is easy and provide a fair deliverability compared with other automation tools for emails. Like other email marketing tools Gmass offer mailbox rotation which helps to increase the number of emails send per day. They provide nice customer support and we are using it daily for sending cold and warm emails. The price is also fair and they provide SMTP setup as well. We build an integration with google sheet with the help of an appscript to collect the data as well. It provide a great dashboard for track who open, clicked and replied to our campaigns. What do you dislike about GMass?

It's only good for sending plain text emails and work only with google. I have nothing to dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GMass?

Its consistent and has all the functionality you need to get basic analytics, create short flows, and automate follow ups. It's a two click install (no coding or crazy steps). What do you like best about GMass?

I do communications and this is an absolute must. Lot of features to customize your email blasts - the one I use the most is the schedule feature to make sure to get the maximum engagement on our campaigns. Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GMass?

I love that GMass seamlessly integrates with Gmail software and works functionally with google sheets. Generally simplistic, just how I like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GMass?

The Gmass notifier emails for campaigns can stack up over time and get a bit confusing being set to my inbox along with the hundreds of other emails that are part of each campaign.

Also, I think there could be more of an emphasis on the fact that your Gmail account will get flagged if you send too many emails out in a short amount of time - people just need to be extra causious and porperly utlize the 'send email' speed settings to avoid getting flagged. What do you like best about GMass?

GMass integrates seamlessly with Gmail, making it incredibly easy to manage cold email campaigns. Gmass allows me to send unlimited emails for any type of Collaboration, automating follow ups without any manual effort.This helps me using the platform seamlessly and efficiently. What do you like best about GMass?

Their team cares about user experiences and replies to the emails they receive (like my email asking if campaigns would resume if I upgraded my plan after the trial ended).

The service is designed to save you time (and money) by reducing the number of hours spent writing follow-up emails and it succeeds at this. Once I add in all of my follow-up templates, I will use this on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about GMass?

When I first looked into Gmass, I couldn't find information about a trial. When I installed the extension, I thought I had a limited version of Gmass that was free to use and was surprised to receive an email saying my trial ends soon. Adding a welcome email that included information on the trial and an end date (with what to expect if the trial ends before it's renewed) would have been handy. - Also, integrating the follow-up campaigns with HubSpot sequences would be nice; it would save time from having to copy and paste each template.

Other than that, the only thing I wish were different would be to receive one email each morning detailing events from the following day, like which contacts opened/replied/clicked into the emails and how many times for each contact from the day before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
