What do you like best about GMass?
Honestly, this tool is amazing. It's simple, effective and has everything I need. My favorite features are: the ability to read spreadsheets, the ability to verify emails before sending and its follow up features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about GMass?

What do you like best about GMass?
I especially love the polling feature in GMass! I've utilized the simple poll function and have received even more responses than I ever did sending out a survey through an external link platform. When it is already in the email, it makes it so much more convenient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about GMass?
There are a ton of functions in GMass; which could lead to confusion. However, the extension has been so user-friendly, so if I'm not sure how to make something work it is always a simple Google search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how I can easily connect with prospects. The analytics are spot on too.
The personalization functions are nice for someone like me who likes to

It is scanning our SPF record and continually sends us emails stating that there is something wrong with our record and yet there isn't anything wrong with it. We've had it setup for awhile and it's working fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GMass?
The auto follow up Mails and how easy it is to connect with google sheets. You just have to list the email, the name, brand or what you want to customize in a google sheet and the the tool automatically replaces the data in the email. I really also like that you setup the follow up emails once and then the tool automatically sends the mails at the prefered time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GMass?
I'm on day one of GMass and it's already potential paid for itself.
In terms of feedback, incorporating an onboarding questionnaire to find out how each user could best utilize the functionalities could help with choosing the right version, as well as a customized experience based on those answers. A gamified feature to assist with utilizing all features based on what the platform sees how it is being used could also help, as the fact is more users are not looking to spend the time to learn how to use the app via youtube, etc.
In any case, it's a great app. There's always room for improvement and I look forward to see how it evolves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
