
I like that Glyphic's AI works exceptionally well, extracting really valuable insights from all of our team's calls. It can drill down deeply and look across hundreds or thousands of calls to understand insights and match them with world events. The strong coaching and automation features help reps, like prepping call sheets, which saves tons of time across all sales teams. Glyphic also automatically looks at our team's calendars and helps reps prep calls by reviewing historical information such as prior calls, emails, and other insights. This automation saves reps time and helps streamline their process. Additionally, Glyphic works with our Salesforce CRM and integrates with systems like Slack and Outreach to pull information and insights. The initial setup was very easy.
