What do you like best about Gluu?

It is very intuitve and has a nice structure to it. The navigation is made super simple with a well-constructed proces-hierarcy.

Regarding the proces-hierarcy, Gluu offers a lot of different options when it comes to cutmomization of view. This ensures, that your end-users/everyday-users can easily navigate to the processes and work instrution, that are of relavance to them.

When used every day, you quickly understand the value of documenting your processes. As for our specific case, proces documentaion in Gluu has helped ud a lot during the implementation of new ERP-system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gluu?

With regards to ERP-implementation it has helped us understand our needs as well as training new users.

What do you like best about Gluu?

Make it simple or make it complex, Gluu can do both. It is the perfect starter tool for small to mid size companies with little or no control of processes to help draw the overview and build the manual for how to work.

Good user and role control with build in version and comment functionality that assist to release processes to the right staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gluu?

Everyone must have a license to view processes, even though they only need to check one process a year, that is a barrier for managers to see the value for all users to have a license.

It's hard to get the overview when you are a new user coming into a complex forrest of processes.

What do you like best about Gluu?

It is very intuitive and easy to learn. The Gluu team helps with the introduction to learn the methodology. This has significantly improved the integration.

You can easily start and already benefit from initial successes. Subsequently, you can advance it much further, e.g., with tasks to guide users even more.

It is being further developed a lot, and new options are being added.

We receive support within a short time.

The price/performance ratio is very good.

What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous process documentation was very static, stored on a drive, and thus not always accessible. Feedback came in very delayed. Ultimately, the processes were not followed. New employees could hardly orient themselves, as these had already changed again.

This changes radically with Gluu. The processes are extremely well documented, audit-proof, and always accessible. Improvements can be immediately incorporated with the comment function, further optimizing the process. Document templates can be very easily integrated with SharePoint. Document your company processes using one tool and keep track off all process relevant information, RACI, SOPs, etc. Tells me in a scalable manner who is doing what, where, and how. It keeps your IT solutions up-to-date may be applied for regression testing, and support continious process improvement, good Change Request flow, easy interaction between end-user and processowner. Simple case functionality including electronic forms, makes it easy for the users to automate Daily routines and maintain the information flow in the business, digitalize you processes. What do you like best about Gluu?

What do you dislike about Gluu?

Up to now language settings are limited. Gluu provides Danish and Greenlandic (as Danish company) and additionally offers English and German. While the most important language for us - English and German - are available, additional languages would be desirable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gluu?

The system is very flexible, especially the drawing utilities.

I used it every day, and we have made it our primary Quality Management System

It is easy to use, but like every system you have to understand the basics and the features in GLUU.

I don't give 10/10 because of minor things as described in the dislike box, but I will recommend GLUU :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is "general" and created to satisfy all users. Some of the functions are not necessary for my company, and i sometime miss mino changes.

What do you like best about Gluu?

What I like most about Gluu is the posibilities to document processes in the most fitting ways.

You could get inspired by predefined templates of APQC or you could create your very own landscape.

With some of Gluu's newest features, "custom fields" you are now able to ex. couple IT and processes way better than before, but as these fields are truly custom, you can define your own to fit your needs.

Our Gluu representative is a great sparring partner, she is great to identify our needs and recommends solution within Gluu, that takes care of these needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gluu?

Gluu is in constant devolping and listens to their customers. Most of what we disliked about Gluu have been taken care of, and have improved a ton over time.

Previously there have been som issues with the performance, been a bit on the slow side, and arrows in the editor having their own life. But these have been fixed and greatly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
