Up to now language settings are limited. Gluu provides Danish and Greenlandic (as Danish company) and additionally offers English and German. What I like most about Gluu is the posibilities to document processes in the most fitting ways.

You could get inspired by predefined templates of APQC or you could create your very own landscape.

With some of Gluu's newest features, "custom fields" you are now able to ex. couple IT and processes way better than before, but as these fields are truly custom, you can define your own to fit your needs.

Gluu is in constant devolping and listens to their customers. Most of what we disliked about Gluu have been taken care of, and have improved a ton over time.
