What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

GlobeNewswire and the Notified platform have made it very easy & flexible to offer Press Release services to our clients, without any strings attached. The flexibility has allowed us to use press releases when it makes sense, rather than feeling like we need to use a subscription for the sake of not wasting a month. What do you dislike about GlobeNewswire?

I can't think of too many. It would be nice to have more robust analytics, and the ability to see what other outlets / publishers choose to basically "repost" the GlobeNewswire distribution word for word. What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

We have used GlobeNewswire several times to publish press releases for our company. It is a really quick way to get releases out to a broad network of media channels. I have been most impressed with how quickly and helpful their staff has been in responding to either questions we have had or when we submit a press release how quickly they have turned it around for publication. In my experience, it is usually a matter of minutes to get things formatted and loaded into their system, have us approve it and then have it hit the wires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GlobeNewswire?

The user interface is not always straightforward. I would like it if it were a little more user friendly and easy to navigate. However, once I figure things out, things have always worked smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

The improvements to the platform are noticable and I have helped several clients setup accounts in the recent years. The customer support team have been helpful in clarifying best reach options. There is a very broad database of press contacts which is obviously useful. Implementation of AI tools has started and I expect to see a evolution in this direction. What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

I have been impressed with the customer service thus far. I submitted a press release late one evening going into the weekend and it needed to be posted Monday morning. I was worried with it being the weekend they may not have time to review it and get any needed changes done before then. What do you dislike about GlobeNewswire?

While the software is not overly difficult, its not the most user friendly program. It is navigatable and easy enough to figure out. Also im sure support would be happy to help with any confusion. What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

I really enjoy how user-friendly GlobeNewswire is! The software is easy to use and readily provides options on how to amplify a release to garner even more visibility. I also appreciate how setting up a release is an easy process that only requires a few steps, but also ensures that all details are accounted for.

Additionally, I am always in awe of how your team goes above and beyond to help with any of my needs. Firstly, I appreciate how quickly your team contacts me to prepare for the distribution of a release. It is also rewarding to know that your representatives will always go over details prior to submission and are happy to make adjustments if needed. What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

The online system is great and is easy to use as it walks you through each step. The ability to have the release reviewed by a professional is a plus! What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

I researched other wire distribution networks and found that GlobeNewswire has the farthest reach for news. My press releases go to more media outlets versus the other wire services. Plus, GlobeNewsWire offers bundled pricing for my clients who issue lots of press releases. These bundles are very cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
