What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

The platform is straightforward, and responses from the editors are relatively swift. I usually understand in the platform how to do what I want, and I can use the platform easily without needing human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GlobeNewswire?

The "package" element of signing up for the service is a huge pain. It should be simpler to order PRs a la carte, but instead one has to commit to a specific number of a specific type of PRs, only usable within a certain period of time, etc. Very convoluted. What do you like best about GlobeNewswire?

The platforms are very easy to use, getting a press release ready for distribution can take less than 5 minutes. Our account manager, Pat O'Rourke is very responsive and can always answer my questions effectively.

Being a global company, we also appreciate the ease of translating press releases into any language that suits our needs. This has saved many hours of trying to get things translated in-house or using other services.

Hesitant to flag as a concern specific to this product because I'm aware it's a platform-agnostic problem, but the VPN usage of readership skews the geographic data in the reporting module to an extent that it's virtually useless in how inaccurate it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
