It's super easy to transition. I moved from Carta to to JP Morgan and it was so easy. They took all my exported Carta documents and set up my whole account in days. Then I got a thorough walkthrough of the platform. It's even more detailed than Carta and easier to see everything going on in the cap table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's free for up to 40 seats which suits us for a small start up like ours, where level of use will be minimal for good while. The simplicity, the level of support (for startups) when everything is new and daunting (a complete learning curb), from an understanding and knowledgeable team has been infallible. The ease of implementing key information, and the ability to get a birds-eye view of whats important to founders.
