They are highly knowledgeable and quick to respond to all our questions. Our shareholders are thrilled at finally having access to their individual share information whenever they wish, rather than having to reach out to ESOP administrators for updates. **What do you dislike about J.P.Morgan Workplace Solutions?** My only concern at the beginning was the time zone difference between their team and myself when support was needed; however, this was never an issue. **What problems is J.P.Morgan Workplace Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing GS, our shareholders previously had to reach out to plan administrators for information on their plan details and shares information. Now they can access up-to-date information anytime. The customer onboarding support was excellent from the start. They were always available and attentive when help was requested; truly dedicated to Peroptyx as a customer. Employees find the platform intuitive and engaging.Their data driven and security focused culture aligns well with our own at our growth stage. We love that it supports 20 languages and 21 different currencies as we onboard employees globally.
