What do you like best about Global Response?

I like that they were able to solve our off hours issue. They did this very well and were very knowledgeable about it. I think that that also caused our survey scores to increase too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Global Response?

I have not found anything to dislike about them. I will probably suggest more of their services to management at a later date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Global Response:

They can do a lot more than basic customer support. In my industry they are able to provide great support to our patients and solve many of their issues. They have many other services we have not tried that are also related to our industry such as insurance support and benefit support as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Global Response solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having issues during off hours with our support for customers. We has a local call center try to solve this issue but it was not working out. Global Response solved our issue and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
