I like how easy it is to use the marketplace.

Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like about the experience.

I would say that the user experience is great.

Contract building and retention. Ability to list regulations by specific property

Difficult to find a specific regulation/piece of contract

Nothing will be fixed/changed on software as it is being phased out per their support team.

Guest contract management, Guest assistance (wifi passwords/gate codes)

**What do you like best about Glad to Have You?**

GTHY is the quickest and easiest way to relay information to guests, and is crucial if information changes frequently. Glad also easily integrates with kaba making it very easy to use especially when managing almost 600 properties, it takes the overwhelming part of the job out of my hands. 

**What do you dislike about Glad to Have You?**

The online interface can be slow, especially when guests are on the phone. 

**What problems is Glad to Have You solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the quickest and easiest way to ensure guests have the most up to date and realtime information regarding their vacation. It is also really easy to send out push notifications to all guests, guests staying in a specific area or building, or even in a specific home of announcements, activities, or last minute maintenance work that will be ongoing at their property.

We typically use the product for guest portal/app access and door codes. It's very hard to layout and provide relevant information in a clean manner. 

**What do you dislike about Glad to Have You?**

It's impossible to display the information in a useful manner, it's not user-friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Glad to Have You:**

Update the layout abilities for house info.

**What problems is Glad to Have You solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guests are able to use the app to get their access code as well as information regarding the home.

**What do you like best about Glad to Have You?**

Very good interface - visibility is good and user-friendliness is certainly a plus. You can quickly navigate the main menu and manage the messages fast.

**What do you dislike about Glad to Have You?**

Using the web interface is very different and the menu options seem like it's a completely different app/usability. it would be good to harmonise the two closer.

Good interface to communicate with your customers.

**What problems is Glad to Have You solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My small business uses the app regularly to respond to the queries and messages from prospective clients. It's important to be able to react fast and send a reply within an hour from the query.
