GitLab does a great job at creating a unified experience for our developers. We previously had several best-of bread solutions (code repository, issue tracker, CI runners and deployment pipelines) co-exist between our team, but we managed to consolidate this into a single solutions, which meets most of our needs. The issue tracker's functionality is limited and is often described as hard-to-use for non-technical users. We have trouble with GitLab.com's stability/performance/uptime in the best, but this has become a lot better over the past year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For instance, when I am searching for snippet of code across tens of projects, it can't provide easy yet effective searching mechanism.
