What do you like best about Gist?

What do you dislike about Gist?

I can only place the chat widget on 1 site unless I upgrade. That's ridiculous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their email marketing solution helps me to save money as I don't need to engage another email marketing platform for the same purpose. I hope the limit could be higher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gist?

Integration was super smooth through Segment. Everything just worked and my support team was able to give support through the Live Chat in no time. Pricing is much more accesible then Intercom and all-in-all it was an easy switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

The UI could be a bit friendlier and easier to navigate. It seems a bit cramped, since they stuff a lot of features into one solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gist?

I really appreciate how well the live chat works. I can send GIFs, reply by email, it's very well done. I really appreciate the mobile app for chat - it allows me to help customers no matter if I'm at my desk or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

I would appreciate a few more of all of Gist's features and settings available in the mobile app, but I understand that it's just a chat app - a good one at that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

I do not dislike anything. GIST has a LOT of functions and it's not always so easy to understand which tool to use for a specific goal. They have many article and videos, but I would suggest to add more documentation for advanced functions and scenarios. The support team is always available and ready to help though.
