Its capacity to consolidate in one platform a single sign on solution, social login, distributed data centres to adhere specific local legislations, full traceability for audit vault and compliance on data protection (I.e Gdpr).

Being a SAP product is not cheap, certain integrations may require some complexity so you need tech support. Watch-out the plug-in library and evaluate pros and cons of using the standard connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that I dislike gigya tool. It could be more user friendly and user interface could be better for the users and back end developers and team who uses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?

It could be helpful in case you need to collect a huge amount of data about your user. Data such as custmer's organizations, lead source, marketing consent, subscriptions. But I do not recommend to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?

It's clunky and buggy. API is a mess. You have to use relatively heavy third-party scripts to use it. Our team had a lot of issues with performance. The interface is ugly, and it's very hard to find any information. Integration with Salesforce is failing all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using this tool as an identity provider in our application. It works for now, but to be honest, we are looking for an alternative, as we want to replace it as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The B2B console comes up with some limited functionalities with which user may struck to create a organizational hierarchy with multiple policies associated. Gigya is offered as part of SAP Customer Data Cloud. SAP Gigya is an amazing CIAM (customer identity and access managemen) solution with features such as social login, user registration, and customer profile management.

We have integrated SMC ( SAP Marketing cloud) with Gigya and it offers near real-time permission-based customer profiling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?

SAP Gigya offers many integration options which is a nice thing but it also means that the product can become pretty complex to manage. And in order to make full use of the product, it has to be integrated with other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
